The Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all plant and machinery operate efficiently through planned preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical or electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Collaborating with the wider maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment or technology.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
The Person:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A relevant technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and safety.
