The Role:

Manage and advise on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects

Work closely with leading clients in sectors such as commercial, retail, and development

Draft, negotiate, and review property-related agreements and documentation

Conduct property related due diligence on major transactions and oversee compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with partners, other teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of transactions
The Person:

Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in Real Estate Law

Strong technical skills with proven experience in property transactions

Commercially aware with excellent client management and negotiation abilities

Collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused approach

Experience with a leading real estate team is desirable
