Hunter Savage are working in partnership with a distribution firm based in Lisburn on the appointment of Systems Operations Specialist.

With a strong focus on process improvement, you will lead the setup and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensuring the system is effectively set up and maintained, ensuring seamless operations across multi-owner product management, stock accuracy, and effective system use.

In your new role:

• Oversee and manage inventory processes
• Plan and conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts
• Develop and implement robust procedures for stock control
• Lead the setup and implementation of new Warehouse Management System
• Act as super-user expert for new Warehouse Management System monitoring performance and implementing continuous improvements
• Work closely with Senior Management and Warehouse Operation teams

 

What you will need to succeed:

 

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• High proficiency of ERP/MRP/WMS systems
