Senior Funds Solicitor (Private Funds)

The Role:

Advise on the structuring, establishment, and operation of various investment funds

Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses and shareholder agreements.

Provide regulatory advice to fund management companies.

Assist clients with cross-border fund registration and distribution.

Maintain and grow client relationships.
The Person:
-
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in funds law.

Experience working with asset managers, fund promoters, and service providers.

Solid experience in primary fund transactions.

Proven track record managing comprehensive fundraisers on behalf of fund managers, rather than focusing primarily on representing investors.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and work within a collaborative team.
