Senior Funds Solicitor (Private Funds)

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Funds Solicitor to join their growing team. This role offers a highly competitive package and the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role:

  • Advise on the structuring, establishment, and operation of various investment funds

  • Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses and shareholder agreements.

  • Provide regulatory advice to fund management companies.

  • Assist clients with cross-border fund registration and distribution.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships.

The Person:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in funds law.

  • Experience working with asset managers, fund promoters, and service providers.

  • Solid experience in primary fund transactions.

  • Proven track record managing comprehensive fundraisers on behalf of fund managers, rather than focusing primarily on representing investors.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and work within a collaborative team.
