Job Title: Tendering Manager

Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking a Tendering Manager to join their dynamic team based in Naas, Kildare. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the entire tendering process from initiation to conclusion, working closely with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. The Role:
- Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring tender invitations are captured and followed through.
- Prepare precise, well-organised tender submissions covering technical, financial, and contractual aspects.
- Lead tender risk reviews and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Oversee the cost database and ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
The Person:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior role within the MV/HV sector.
- A minimum of 5+ years in a commercial role, with experience in the Irish or UK markets.
- Degree-qualified (Level 8) in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
