Position: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Surrey (with offices across Surrey and London)

Salary: £50,000 - £90,000, commensurate with experience

Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a Legal 500 recommended law firm with offices across Surrey and London, currently seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to contribute to a well-respected firm, known for its expertise in property law and commitment to client service.

The Role:

• Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions
• Managing freehold acquisitions and sales
• Handling landlord and tenant transactions, including leases, licence to assign, licence for alterations, and deeds of surrender
• Drafting and advising on option agreements, overage agreements, and secured lending
• Collaborating with clients to deliver practical, commercial legal solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
• Solid background in commercial property law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with a proactive and commercial approach
• Experience working in a Legal 500 firm or similar will be advantageous
