Due to continued success, our Belfast City Centre based, professional services Client wishes to recruit an Employee Benefits Coordinator.

This is a really interesting, permanent, entry level role, with an award winning and well established Group. 

The successful Employee Benefits Coordinator will work within a busy team of Consultants and Coordinators to provide a comprehensive administration service to a wide range of corporate and SME Clients. 

Offering great flexibility, training and career progression, this is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with a passion, knowledge or experience within insurance, financial services, risk or employee benefits.

 

The Role

  • Provide administrative support in respect of Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and Group Private Medical Insurance
  • Supply accurate up-to-date information on relevant schemes as required by the team
  • Update and verify insurance scheme data
  • Source quotes for new and existing schemes and collate the results for Advisors to compile recommendations
  • Prepare and distribute client documents, ensuring high quality and accuracy
  • Administer joiners and leavers to the relevant schemes in a timely manner
  • Following up on outstanding client documentation
  • Prepare high-quality and accurate reports
  • Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage personal workloads and meet deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to compliance procedures

 

The Person

  • Higher level education or degree
  • Ideally have at least 1 years administration experience within a fast paced working environment
  • Administration experience working within Employee Benefits/Group Risk/Private Medical Insurance would be desirable but not essential
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent IT skills and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in prioritising and planning your own workload
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
