Healthcare Solicitor (Plaintiff) – Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote (Republic of Ireland)
Firm: Mid-Tier Law Firm
Position: Healthcare Solicitor (Plaintiff)
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Hunter Savage is excited to partner with a reputable mid-tier law firm seeking a Healthcare Solicitor (Plaintiff) to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in litigation to specialise in healthcare law and work with a dedicated team from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in healthcare litigation cases
• Provide expert legal advice on healthcare law matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Manage a diverse caseload of healthcare litigation files
• Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland
• Proven experience in litigation, ideally in healthcare law
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficient in legal research and drafting
