Our client, a well-known Construction Consultancy located in Dublin, is currently looking for a proficient Building Surveyor. With over 45 years experience within Building Surveying, this company is a specialist in their field. Due to continued growth, they now seek a Building Surveyor to join their growing Dublin Based team

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys , defect analysis & compliance certification
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.

 

Candidate Requirements:

Must possess a Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.

Ideally should be MRICS/ SCSI accredited or in the process of completing APC but this is not essential

Requires proven experience in a similar capacity, either in the UK or ROI.
