Due to continued success and growth, our award winning, multi-site Client, based in Dublin West/Dublin 22, is keen to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 9 month fixed term contract.

 

Our Client is a well established employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites.  The successful HR Officer (9 month FTC) will enjoy the fast pace and variety in dealing with a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, absence management, training and HR projects on engagement and wellbeing. 

 

The Role:

  • Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working as part of an energised HR team
  • Responsible for supporting resourcing, induction processes, probation, off boarding, retirement, HR KPIs, resolving payroll queries
  • Assist managers in employee relation matters including investigations, disciplinary meetings etc
  • Responsible for supporting and implementing engagement, communications and culture development initiatives on site
  • Support wider HR initiatives and HR projects
  • Advise on HR policies
  • Coordinate, plan and deliver various training interventions.  Assist in the formulations of training needs, scheduling and coordinating all training courses
  • Support managers with performance management, absence management, problem solving, engagement etc
  • Ensure all HR systems and information are accurate and well maintained

 

The Person:

  • CIPD membership or equivalent
  • 3rd Level qualification in HR, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role with exposure to employee relations and HR Operations
  • Experience working in a busy, fast paced, production environment would be desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good conflict resolution experience
  • Highly developed organisation skills
  • Full driving license, essential, as there will be a requirement to travel to various sites
