We are hiring for our client, a top Irish legal firm, seeking an experienced Corporate Legal PA to join its busy and highly regarded Corporate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal PA or Legal Secretary with at least four years’ experience supporting busy senior fee earners. The successful Corporate Legal PA will provide high-level PA and secretarial support within a fast-paced transactional environment, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of corporate matters.

The Role
As a Corporate Legal PA, you will:
- Provide proactive PA and secretarial support to Partners and senior fee earners within the Corporate team
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments and conference calls
- Prepare, format, amend and proofread legal documents, correspondence and presentations
- Support corporate transactions, including managing documentation, signatures and completion processes
- Coordinate meetings and liaise professionally with clients and external advisers
- Manage client and matter files, ensuring records and documentation are kept accurate and up to date
- Assist with billing, time recording, expenses and financial administration
- Organise travel and accommodation where required
- Monitor deadlines and help senior fee earners manage competing priorities
- Assist with wider team administration and business development activity
- Work closely with other PAs and support teams across the firm
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary
- Proven experience supporting busy Partners, senior solicitors or other senior fee earners
- Experience gained within a professional law firm environment
- Corporate or transactional experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent document production, formatting and proofreading skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent diary management and organisational ability
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A confident and professional communication style
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
