We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an international, award-winning and innovative technology organisation to recruit a Talent Administrator to join their growing People & Culture function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or Talent professional to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

 

Working as part of a collaborative Talent Operations team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality HR administration support, manage employee processes, maintain accurate systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

The Role

  • Support the delivery of efficient and effective HR operations across the organisation.
  • Managing employee records and ensuring HR systems are accurate, compliant and maintained to a high standard
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee and external Talent-related queries
  • Managing the employee case management system, including flexible working requests and statutory leave processes
  • Owning the new starter onboarding process, including right to work checks, references, medicals and orientation coordination
  • Managing employee offboarding processes including exit interviews and system updates
  • Supporting monthly payroll processes including absence, new starters, working hours and salary changes
  • Producing HR reports and analysing Talent data including absence and leave information
  • Supporting annual reporting requirements and compliance activities
  • Providing administrative support across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development teams
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and employee experience
  • Supporting wider Talent Operations projects and initiatives

 

The Person

  • Previous experience working in an HR Administration or HR Talent Operations role within a medium to large organisation
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an HR administration-focused role
  • Experience working with HR systems, enterprise platforms or reporting tools
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience maintaining accurate data and producing reports
  • Knowledge and understanding of data protection principles and handling confidential information
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to support employees and stakeholders at all levels
