We are hiring for our client, a growing County Antrim business, as they appoint an FP&A Manager to a newly created role.
The successful FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing the financial insight, analysis and commercial challenge needed to support informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the organisation’s financial planning and analysis capability during an important period of growth.

The Role
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning
- Produce insightful management reporting and variance analysis
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders
- Translate financial information into clear recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and identify risks, trends and opportunities
- Improve financial reporting, planning processes and controls
- Support strategic projects and wider commercial decisions
The Person
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Relevant experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management accounting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Able to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging assumptions
- Keen to improve processes and influence how the finance function develops
