We are hiring for our client, a growing County Antrim business, as they appoint an FP&A Manager to a newly created role.

The successful FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing the financial insight, analysis and commercial challenge needed to support informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the organisation’s financial planning and analysis capability during an important period of growth.

The Role

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning
  • Produce insightful management reporting and variance analysis
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases
  • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Translate financial information into clear recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and identify risks, trends and opportunities
  • Improve financial reporting, planning processes and controls
  • Support strategic projects and wider commercial decisions

The Person

  • Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Relevant experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management accounting
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Able to communicate complex financial information clearly
  • Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging assumptions
  • Keen to improve processes and influence how the finance function develops
