Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor
We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, for an experienced Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor to join a highly regarded Dublin-based practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join a market-leading team advising on sophisticated investment funds and asset management matters for an impressive international client base.

The Role
As an Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor, you will:
- Advise on the establishment, structuring, authorisation and ongoing operation of Irish investment funds
- Draft and review fund constitutional documents, offering materials and other key fund documentation
- Advise on Irish and EU regulatory requirements, including UCITS, AIFMD and sustainable finance regulation
- Liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and other key industry stakeholders
- Support clients on fund launches, restructurings, mergers and new product developments
- Advise international asset managers, financial institutions and institutional investors
- Manage matters directly and build strong client relationships
- Work closely with colleagues across Corporate, Tax, Finance, Regulatory and Real Estate
- Contribute to business development, client presentations and wider thought leadership initiatives
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 3–5 years’ PQE within investment funds, asset management or a closely related financial services practice
- Strong technical knowledge of the Irish investment funds market
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A commercially focused approach to client advice
- Experience managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines
- The ability to manage matters independently while working effectively as part of a wider team
