The Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain site records, progress reports and health & safety documentation.
- Work closely with senior management and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The Person:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Relevant construction-related qualification preferred.
