The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain site records, progress reports and health & safety documentation.
  • Work closely with senior management and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Relevant construction-related qualification preferred.
