This role provides an excellent opportunity to support solicitors on a variety of civil litigation matters within a busy and professional environment.

The Role
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation team
- Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documentation
- Manage diaries, meetings, and court deadlines
- Assist with preparing court bundles and documentation for hearings
- Maintain and update case files and records
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and court offices professionally
- Support billing, time recording, and general office administration
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
- Excellent typing, document formatting, and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
