Recruitment Consultant - Engineering
Hunter Savage | Belfast | Hybrid 

Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Engineering team. If you are an experienced recruiter looking for a better platform, or an engineering professional with the drive and people skills to thrive in recruitment, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

You will partner with leading engineering and manufacturing businesses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, connecting them with the specialist talent they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running end-to-end recruitment for engineering clients across a broad range of disciplines
- Growing a client portfolio and building lasting relationships in a sector that values expertise
- Developing your desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
- Delivering results in a high-performing, well-rewarded environment

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- An engineering, technical, or manufacturing background AND/OR experience in recruitment
- Strong sales ability and a consultative, client-first approach
- Excellent communication skills, ambition, and a positive attitude
- Self-motivation and the hunger to build something great
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification (desirable)
