We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established law firm in Cork, who are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong conveyancing experience to join a supportive and fast-paced legal environment, working on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

The Role
- Support solicitors on a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and property-related legal documentation
- Manage conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties throughout transactions
- Assist with completions and post-completion matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal Executive within a Property or Conveyancing team
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
