About the Role
This is a beginner-level role specifically within the Campervan team, ideal for those eager to build a career in insurance. As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of clients, handling all aspects of Personal Lines insurance, including Campervan insurance. You will be a key part of delivering high-quality customer service while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Personal Lines clients within the Campervan team.
- Handle Renewals to ensure strong retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Generate New Business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
- Process Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to client queries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Work effectively with internal systems, including Relay, to ensure smooth operational flow.
About You:
- A strong desire to learn and develop in a sales-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and sales.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle a high volume of work.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience using Relay is a plus.
