The Role

This Claims Administrator role sits at the centre of the claims function, ensuring efficient management of TPA-managed claims and supporting financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and audit TPA-managed claims files
  • Review and approve claims payments within authority levels
  • Prepare claims reports, dashboards, and MI packs
  • Support insurer reporting and reserve meetings
  • Manage property claims administration and documentation
  • Work closely with Finance on payment processing and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

 

The Person

  • 2+ years’ experience in claims (insurance)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Good understanding of claims processes and policy interpretation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
