The Role
This Claims Administrator role sits at the centre of the claims function, ensuring efficient management of TPA-managed claims and supporting financial and operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and audit TPA-managed claims files
- Review and approve claims payments within authority levels
- Prepare claims reports, dashboards, and MI packs
- Support insurer reporting and reserve meetings
- Manage property claims administration and documentation
- Work closely with Finance on payment processing and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
The Person
- 2+ years’ experience in claims (insurance)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Good understanding of claims processes and policy interpretation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
