The Role:
• Lead and execute the organisation’s financial strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
• Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Board, influencing key decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all departments
• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Support major capital investment projects, including financial modelling and business cases
• Drive commercial performance through pricing strategies and operational efficiencies
• Lead financial system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including insurers, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
The Person:
• Qualified Accountant with 10+ years’ senior finance leadership experience
• Proven experience operating at Executive or Board level
• Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder or regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation, growth, or capital investment programmes
• Commercially astute with strong financial governance and strategic planning expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
