The Role
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of office and facilities operations
- Assist with meeting room set-up, including AV equipment and refreshments
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and document handling
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
- Assist with office maintenance tasks and ensure a professional working environment
- Support events and internal office activities as required
- Respond to general facilities and office queries
The Person
- Previous experience in a facilities, office support, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of office systems and equipment
