Associate Director - Dispute Advisory
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director to join a highly respected Dispute Advisory practice in Dublin. This role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial disputes, forensic accounting, and litigation support cases across Ireland and the UK, with occasional international exposure for arbitration.
As the Associate Director, you will lead engagements involving damages quantification, financial modelling, and expert witness testimony. You will work closely with solicitors, barristers, and in-house counsel to provide independent, objective reports suitable for court and arbitration submissions.
You will be supported by a highly experienced leadership team with deep expertise in dispute advisory, forensic accounting, and valuation, and you’ll collaborate with specialists who have worked on numerous landmark cases across a wide range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage dispute advisory projects, including forensic accounting, valuation, and economic analysis for commercial disputes.

Draft, review, and defend high-quality expert reports for court/arbitration submissions.

Act as the day-to-day senior contact for solicitors and legal counsel.

Prepare partners for hearings, including cross-examination readiness.

Contribute to business development, including proposals, pitches, and thought leadership initiatives.

Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Key Requirements:

6+ years’ experience in dispute advisory, forensic accounting, corporate finance, or litigation support.

Qualified financial professional (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).

Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, report writing, and working with legal teams.

Previous experience in managing client relationships and presenting findings to legal stakeholders.
