We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations to join their nightshift team in Craigavon.

This Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations role is responsible for leading packaging teams to ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the successful Production Supervisor will drive operational excellence, people development, and client service delivery.

The Role

  • Lead and manage packaging teams to deliver production targets in line with schedule and cost controls

  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards

  • Drive high standards of client service and operational excellence

  • Manage daily rostering to ensure optimal resource utilisation

  • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and absence management

  • Anticipate and resolve packaging and manufacturing issues proactively

  • Support skills development and continuous improvement within the team

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures


The Person

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of packaging and manufacturing operations

  • Proven ability to follow and enforce SOPs and work instructions

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability

  • Degree qualification and/or significant relevant experience

  • Confident managing performance, allocation of work, and people development
