The Role

  • Provide administrative and PA support to partners, solicitors, and senior Legal PAs

  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading

  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise travel arrangements

  • Support billing, time recording, and matter administration

  • Maintain filing systems and assist with document management

  • Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams

  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties

The Person

  • Previous administrative experience within a professional services environment is desirable
