The Role

Provide high-level PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners in the Corporate team

Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

Draft, format, and proofread corporate documentation, correspondence, and presentations
-
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
-
Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration
-
Coordinate deadlines and support the smooth day-to-day running of the Corporate team

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
The Person
-
Proven experience as a Legal PA within a busy law firm
-
Experience supporting a Corporate or Commercial team is highly desirable
-
Strong document production, formatting, and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
