The Role
- Lead and execute the overall marketing and content strategy
- Own all social media channels, driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (video, written, visual)
- Develop campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency
The Person
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
- Marketing qualification
- Strong background in social media management and content creation
- Comfortable creating and directing content across multiple platforms
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Creative, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel when required (North and South)
