Job Description
Wealth Management | Dublin (Relocation Required)
We are working with a leading global investment management firm that is continuing to grow its European hub in Dublin. Since opening in 2019, the Dublin office has grown from 8 employees to over 180, with further expansion planned.
This role is ideal for a Spanish-speaking wealth or investment professional based in Spain who is open to relocating to Dublin and building a long-term international career.
The Top 3 Things to Know About This Role
1. This is NOT a sales role
There is no cold calling, no targets, and no commission. Clients are already invested with the firm. Your focus is on long-term client relationships and service.
2. You do NOT manage portfolios
All investment decisions are made by a central investment team. Your role is to explain the strategy, the markets, and portfolio changes in clear, simple terms.
3. You work with Spanish clients from Dublin
You will manage relationships with Spanish high-net-worth clients, but you will be based in the Dublin office, which is the firm’s European headquarters.
The Role – Explained Simply
As an Investment Counsellor, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish high-net-worth clients. You will speak with clients regularly, explain how their investments are performing, discuss market developments, and support them through all market conditions.
Success in this role is measured by client trust, satisfaction, and retention — not by sales.
