The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on automated production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with health & safety standards
The Person
- Time-served or qualified Maintenance Fitter
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Some electrical ability desirable but not essential
- A team-focused, reliable and safety-conscious approach
- Comfortable working in a structured, high-standard production setting
