We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, who are seeking an Aviation Solicitor (NQ+) to join their highly regarded aviation practice. The Role

  • Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals

  • Support major aviation finance and restructuring transactions

  • Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documentation

  • Work closely with international clients, lenders and counterparties

  • Collaborate with corporate, finance and restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary matters

  • Gain hands-on experience across complex aviation mandates

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with a strong academic background

  • Interest in aviation, asset finance or complex international transactions

  • Experience in corporate, banking & finance, or aviation (training seat or post-qualification) is beneficial

  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

  • Commercially aware, motivated and keen to develop specialist expertise

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
