The Role
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical equipment
• Fault-find, troubleshoot, and carry out root cause analysis to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement activities and reliability initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operational performance
The Person
• Multiskilled engineer covering both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• FMCG experience highly desirable
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
