The Role:
- Lead, motivate and support the After Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage customer enquiries, technical queries, spare parts support and logistics
- Identify and maximise commercial opportunities in line with financial targets
- Develop effective policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee warranty management and represent the department in product quality discussions
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, loyalty programmes and feedback analysis
- Provide performance reporting monthly, quarterly and annually
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and shipping partners
- Support business growth through networking, trade shows, and dealer engagement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Design teams
- Lead process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a busy After Sales environment
- Proven people-management ability with strong leadership skills
- Background in manufacturing or engineering-related industries
- Flexible approach with ability to travel and handle occasional out-of-hours support
- Full driving licence required
