We are hiring for our client, a leading Construction, Fit Out and Manufacturing company with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team in Toomebridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in coordinating and managing the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of multiple projects, working alongside a forward-thinking and supportive team.

The Role:

Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination across multiple projects
Review design documentation, identifying risks, requirements, and value-engineering opportunities
Manage M&E subcontractors and ensure timely design and installation delivery
Liaise with clients, design teams and internal project teams
Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality, and programme standards
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage testing and commissioning
Provide input to tenders and procurement activities
Promote continuous improvement and collaborative working across all project stages

 

The Person:

Proven experience as an M&E Manager / Building Services Co-ordinator in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical knowledge of M&E and construction practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with senior stakeholders
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
