The Role

• Provide high-level PA support to partners and fee earners within the Projects & Construction team
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, reports, and presentations
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
• Support transaction coordination and project administration
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

The Person

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Legal PA within a busy legal or professional services environment
• Experience supporting a Projects, Construction, Real Estate or Corporate team desirable
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent document production and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal systems
• Proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
