We are hiring for our client, a specialist in manufacturing in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Administrator to provide critical support across various departments and play a key role in streamlining operations.

The Role:
- Handle telephone and email inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments
- Provide professional responses to customer communications and general enquiries
- Assist in quote compilation and prepare paperwork for various business functions
- Maintain accurate and organised office systems, both paper-based and digital
- Organise and store information in line with company procedures
- Manage computer-based records and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed
The Person – What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing administrative role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks
