The Role
- Managing documentation to include creation, proofreading, scanning and printing of documents, e-filing and updating of fee earner files.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams to streamline case management.
- Diary Management
- Billing, Expenses and other finance-related tasks
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of professionalism.
- Adhering to all manual and electronic filing systems.
- Additional admin responsibilities
The Person:
- Keen interest in a legal support role – this role is geared towards aspiring legal secretaries, not necessarily those wishing to progress to Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor, not suitable for FE1 candidates.
- Some experience in professional services is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Committed to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics.
