The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including litigation, advisory services, and corporate support. The Role:

Provide employment law advisory and support on contentious matters.

Act on employment litigation cases, including tribunal hearings, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims.

Advise on corporate support, including employee contracts, TUPE regulations, and redundancy processes.

Manage a diverse caseload of employment-related issues for high-profile clients.

Develop strong client relationships and provide practical legal solutions.
The Person:

1-6 PQE in employment law with experience in litigation and advisory work.

Strong client management skills and ability to provide clear legal advice.

Knowledge of corporate employment law and experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
