The Role:
- Greet visitors and manage front-of-house duties in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times
The Person:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is essential
- Confident communicator with a welcoming and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the temporary assignment
