REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY) MIN 2 YEARS PQE

Our client is hiring for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, to join their growing Real Estate Team. The Role:

  • Providing commercially focused legal advice in relation to a range of real estate matters, including landlord and tenant, development, planning, finance and construction.

The Person:

  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property (qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland)
  • Ability to working autonomously and also as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong drafting skills and an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills
