Hunter Savage is partnering with our client, a forward-thinking organisation based in County Tyrone, seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in logistics or sales administration who thrives in an innovative and driven environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics processes and customer service delivery.

The Role:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
- Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage orders and delivery schedules
- Update and maintain records on internal systems
- Resolve customer and supplier queries efficiently
- Support sales and logistics teams with documentation and reporting
The Person:
- Previous experience in an administration role within logistics or sales
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with MS Office and logistics software is desirable
