The Role:
- Deliver comprehensive HR Advice and support across a range of areas
- Support Recruitment activities – developing job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews and panels etc
- Prepare offer paperwork and welcome packs, arrange inductions and the onboarding process
- Guide managers on disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring policies and processes are adhered to
- Support and lead on HR projects, contributing to the strategic objectives of the business.
- Assist in maintaining and developing HR systems to ensure accurate reporting and data management.
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values and people-first culture.
The Person:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or Senior HR Advisory role.
- CIPD qualified.
- Practical experience within both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland HR frameworks would be highly advantageous.
- Strong generalist with a confident approach and knowledge
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to develop professionally.
