We are hiring for our client – an award-winning, full-service advertising agency – to appoint a Senior Digital Account Manager. This is a key position within a collaborative, ambitious and creative team delivering integrated communications campaigns across advertising, design and digital.
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to shape and deliver engaging campaigns that meet strategic and creative objectives.

The Role
• Lead and deliver end-to-end campaign activity across advertising, digital and design
• Work closely with strategy, media, creative, and production teams
• Develop creative and media briefs and collaborate with internal departments
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships across seniority levels
• Oversee campaign delivery from planning through execution and evaluation
• Manage project timelines, budgets and outputs with exceptional attention to detail
• Liaise with creative production teams and third-party suppliers
• Keep up to date with digital trends, media insights, and campaign performance
• Lead and mentor junior team members on assigned accounts
• Support with new business activity where relevant
The Person
• Degree-qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience (ideally agency side)
• Strong knowledge of digital channels – SEO, PPC, display, content, email, UX
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and manage internal teams
• Financially astute with experience managing budgets and client reporting
• Highly organised with top-class project management capabilities
• Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities and propose solutions
• Passionate about creativity, teamwork, and results
