The Role:
- Engage proactively with customers via phone and email to strengthen relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Support stockist customers and contractors with quotations, order processing, and technical product information.
- Manage customer enquiries with efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with external sales colleagues to ensure aligned account development.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and monitor market activity.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer support environment – ideally within construction, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who also works well within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
