We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their well-established team. The Role
• Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious construction law matters, including contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, and RIAI standard form contracts.
• Representing clients in construction-related disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Providing strategic legal advice to developers, contractors, consultants, and insurers.
• Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in the construction sector.
The Person
• 5+ years’ PQE with experience in construction law within a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and dispute resolution.
• Experience working with developers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
