The Role:
- Preparation and review of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Play a key role in process improvement and automation initiatives within the shared services function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and streamline operations.
The Person:
- ACCA or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial systems and tools with an aptitude for identifying process improvements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
