The Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Employment team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their workload.
- Manage competing priorities, delivering accurate and timely work under deadlines.
- Handle document preparation, correspondence, and client communications with professionalism.
- Use your proficient IT skills to manage schedules, databases, and digital files.
The Person:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of legal secretary experience (Employment law experience is desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Is proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and case management tools.
