The Role:
• Lead Sox compliance efforts, ensuring internal controls are met
• Manage the Transfer Pricing compliance for the business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance, tax, and audit teams to ensure all financial operations meet regulatory and company standards
• Prepare detailed reports and manage audit processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the compliance and audit functions
The Person:
• Prior experience in Sox compliance and strong understanding of Transfer Pricing
• Proven ability to manage audit and compliance processes within a complex business environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
