Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading High Voltage and Medium Voltage engineering services company, known for delivering world-class solutions across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Due to increased project awards in the renewable energy sector, our client is seeking a motivated and highly organised Electrical Project Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. This permanent full-time position will be based in Naas, Co Kildare, with nationwide travel to various sites. The Role:
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring that all site work is carried out to high standards.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including providing regular status reports to the PMO.
- Use technical knowledge in electrical systems (and ideally civil engineering) to drive cost reductions and maintain project budgets.
- Lead and motivate your team to meet deadlines, solve problems, and maintain a high level of safety and performance.
- Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
The Person:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (ideal).
- 10+ years of experience in the UK/Irish markets.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage projects under pressure and ensure deadlines and budgets are maintained.
- Willingness to travel nationwide (company vehicle provided).
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems; experience in civil engineering is a plus.
