This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Plant Manager to join a multiple award winning manufacturing group at an exciting time of expansion. Reporting to the Gorup Head of Manufacturing you will be responsible for manufacturing departments.

The Role:
- Actively promote and prioritise a safe working environment
- Develop the production plan to maximise the return to the business, working closely with Design and Quality
- Contribute to the development of the overall production strategy for the business.
- Monitor the production performance against the budget through a set of
- agreed KPIs.
- Drive efficiencies at all levels, through short/medium term projects.
- Drive standardisation of approaches, practices and reporting across the business through a
- culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead, review and support the people agenda at the plant from a recruitment, onboarding, development and employee engagement perspective in conjunction with HR.
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years’ Plant Management experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of H&S and compliance
- Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in construction manufacturing
