Description:
We are hiring for our client, a well-established specialist consultancy firm, seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager to drive business growth and build strong client relationships across the territories in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. This is a permanent, full-time remote role that offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work with a market leader in their field.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and support client objectives.
  • Use CRM tools to track progress, manage client data, and report on performance.

The Person:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record in account management, preferably in the hospitality, interiors or textiles industries 
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Experience in working remotely and autonomously, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
